Our flotila leader, Capt. Casey, who has lived in the Virgin Islands for over 10 years will introduce us to the interesting history of the BVI with its colorful characters who over the centuries have left their imprints on these islands.  Capt. Casey is an accomplished sailor with several Atlantic crossings and other offshore passages on his resume.
